One who The Most High has given the musical direction to trod into all the earth and sound his trumpet for the liberation and upliftment of all race and creed, with the spiritual fire to burn in, burn out, burn up and burn down the walls of Babylon.

Raised on the Island of Jamaica, Selah grew up in a Christian household where the lifestyle was practiced and preached. At the age of fifteen he moved to the Virgin Island of St. Croix. He was drawn to the guitar, and learned to play through practice and determination. As a result, three singles were released on an independent label, Stereo Records.
