More cuts on a wicked "Declaration of Rights" riddim, released on the 321 Strong label. Gregory Isaacs is a musical legend who has such a high output that it's almost inevitable his releases either disappoint or excite his long-time fans. In this case Gregory is in as fine a form as he's been for some time, bringing home the message with his typical smooth sensitivity over a riddim of pounding intensity. Being part of a movement of new roots singers Jah Cure already has shown some real potential. However on this record his performance is too weak to keep you involved during the entire song. When Lt. Stitchie gets his flow going, watch out ! Producer Syl Gordon has managed to get a top-notch performance out of "the governor", who entertains with creative verses. This has to be one of his best singles ever. Mr. Easy & Louie Culture meld surprisingly well in this empowering message tune. Louie Culture really finds his niche and makes the record. He brings a high energy level to an incredible riddim, which brings its own power to the track.
