Julian Marley was born in London and moved to Jamaica in 1992. He released his first album "Uprising" in 1989. "Lion In The Morning" is his U.S. debut album. The album was recorded at the 48 track Marley Magic studio at Hope Road. Julian's emotional delivery and tenable songs with a message of hope and inspiration make this album very noteworthy. Credit also to the players of instruments, including Aston Barrett, Chinna Smith, Tyrone Downie, Chris Meredith and Stephen Marley. From the smooth "Loving Clear" to the hard hitting "Babylon Cookie Jar" with inbetween uplifting vibrations in "Lion In The Morning" and "Arm Your Soul" Julian Marley makes a solid impression. A highly recommended album indeed !
