A noticeable amount of Dancehall artists have set up their own production company and record label in the past three years, amongst them Chad Simpson aka Goofy. His 'Young Blood Records' was brought to the attention of many Dancehall followers with the release of several 7" singles featuring versions by dancehall mainstays and upcoming new artists over the "Antz Nest" riddim. Goofy's first effort as a producer was well received and his debut within the production field got even more acclaim as some of those tunes became smash hits. Jamdown Records has collected 13 tracks on the "Antz Nest" riddim for this entertaining "one riddim" album. Starting off this album is Beenie Man's excellent hit tune "Hundred Dollar Bag", a lyrical masterpiece from the top ranking deejay that starts and keeps the party going. Furthermore this set features some deadly goods from Red Rat, Mad Anju, Mr. Vegas and Lexxus. Also enjoyable efforts come from Ward 21, Kiprich and the combination Goofy & Q.T. So, fire 'em up my selector !!
