The legendary producers Steely & Clevie have delivered their newest dancehall riddim "Bad Weather", and regarding the fact that this brand new riddim is very much in the same vein as the duo's two previous riddims - the awesome "Street Sweeper" and "Bitter Blood" - it's obvious that "Bad Weather" has been released with only one mission : "relentlessly rule the dancehalls". Undoubtedly no mission impossible as "Bad Weather" maintains the hardcore pressure from its successful precedors. Sporadically witnessing touches of that well known ukelele bleed through its hardcore beat, "Bad Weather" provides the perfect weather conditions for topnotch performances from Lexxus, Elephant Man, Degree, Tanya Stephens and Anthony B. Especially the latter's effort is truly noteworthy, all the more as "Bad Weather" isn't exactly the type of riddim that fits his usual vocal delivery. Also new comers like the ever so hot Kiprich and Phoebe One benefit from this stormy riddim, as it turns their contributions into solid efforts. The lacking of Natty King's excellent cut "Badness Hype" is a real pity, but has to be no pretense to ignore this entertaining "version excursion". If you enjoyed the "Street Sweeper" and "Bitter Blood" sets, we are pretty sure that this one will be your next dancehall favourite!
