The "Life After Lifetime" riddim is the first production done by J-Trees & DJ Tosheba, members from the US-based Itation Sound, on the new Larger Than Life Records (LTL). The highly acclaimed Itation sound system, which started in 1998, founded its own Itation record label in 2007 and - in collaboration with people like Batch, Jah Mystic, Jah Sun, and the Tune In Crew -- produced and released well-received modern roots riddims such as "Higher Meditation", "Show Love", "World Go Round", "Clearly", and "Ifficial".

We don't know why the "Life After Lifetime" riddim has been issued on a new label, but we do know that this juggling project fits very well in the series of aforementioned riddims. Co-produced by Delroy Isaacs Foster, better known as Delly Ranx, this 8 track plus version 'one riddim' set features big names from Jamaica such as the "Messenjah" Luciano, the original fireman Anthony B, veteran Hero aka Little Hero, Bunny Rugs of Third World fame, and of course singjay, songwriter, and producer Delly Ranx himself, as well as the up-and-coming and much talked about Seattle native Bobby Hustle. From the very first beginnings, Delly Ranx's solid cultural piece "Jah Jah A Mi Everyting", the listener is treated to pure consciousness. While each effort has its own merit and surely doesn't fail to make a decent impression it are Luciano's "Fiyah Hot Pon Dem", Anthony B's "Fight For Freedom", Bobby Hustle's "7th Time Rise" and the combination song "Life After Lifetime" by Bunny Rugs & Delly Ranks, that can be ranked amongst the best this project has to offer.

All in all this is a real nice collection of tunes, worth checking out!
