It was actually Christopher Martin's recently released lead off single of his upcoming new album "Steppin' Razor" that made us wonder on which riddim this tune was voiced. It turned out to be the gorgeous "My Voice" riddim from Frankie Music Productions, and the good news was that there were even more vocal cuts released across this tuff modern reggae riddim.

Frankie Music is the musical creative side of Comar "Frankie" Campbell (a protegé of producer Bobby Digital from whom he learned a lot), who with the help and input of producer and promoter Michael "Bean" Morrison, strives to produce and promote excellent quality music no matter the genre. Frankie Music has achieved success with their dancehall and reggae productions with such hits as "She's Happy" by Konshens & Delus, "Dweet Again" by Grammy award winner Beenie Man and the "Chillax" riddim, which featured "Love You Forever (Drunk Confession)" by Konshens. Other riddims that came from Frankie Music include the "Revelation Time", the "Coalition" and "My Life".

Christoper Martin's "Steppin' Razor" isn't featured on this juggling set, but no worries because included here are enough quality tunes that caress the eardrums of the listener. Themes that are touched by the vocal talents who voiced the riddim deal with lovers issues as well as pure consciousness. In the beautiful "Words & Actions", Chevaughn states that "words and actions must combine so that a true relationship lasts forever". Next comes Demarco's "Stay Inna Mi Lane", a solid conscious tune with lyrics to match. Another conscious tune truly worth hearing, "Who'se Gonna Help Us", comes from MacKeehan, a fine singer who has written songs such as Etana's "Warrior Love", Luciano's "No Evil" and Jah Cure's "Freedom". Also much promising artist Shuga delivers a very entertaining effort, the heartfelt love song "If You Should Leave". And then we're treated to three solid to excellent tunes from Torch, Voicemail and Wayne Wonder, with the latter not only acting as a singer but also as a deejay under his alias Surprize. The inclusion of the instrumental version of the "My Voice" riddim is a nice touch.

This "My Voice Riddim" is a real winner, so do check it!
