In the past decade ace producer Dave Kelly has unleashed quality work and real big riddims including "Pepper Seed", "Bug", "Backyard", "Arab Attack", "Bruk Out", and "Joyride" to name a few. And now Kelly and his Madhouse crew are back in the spotlight with the "Fiesta" riddim. The hook is a mid-tempo Bandelero guitar riff and pulsing bass drum that has the dancehall bumping. Like all Madhouse riddims this one has wreaked mass destruction in the dancehalls with Beenie Man & Ms. Thing's all-conquering slice "Dude" on top of it. Further much anticipated tunes on the riddim that turned into hit songs are "Vitamin S" by Baby Cham, the wicked "Man Is The Least" by Lady Saw, and Elephant Man's "Bad Man". Besides these previous released singles this cd also includes notable fresh pieces from Tanto Metro & Devonte, Mad Cobra, Kardinal Offishal and new name Akon. Because Dave Kelly almost never endlessly records cuts for his riddims there are only ten songs featured here. However, be assured that these are all worthwhile to get any party started.
